I am not inclined to agree that the rear seal will somehow leak more because the the cold oil press will be higher. The seal works of the principles of centrifugal force and bending the gas path while the oil droplets wont make the turns through the slinger labyrinth. I mentioned cold oil specifically because my 36 engine puts out about 50 lbs cold but once warmed drops to about 15 psi at idle because it lacks the capacity to do more. I would expect similar results if all you are doing is changing the relief spring.
