Your alternator looks very similar to the 10Si, but appears to have reversible polarity - just change the ground strap and wires to their opposite terminals. Too easy???

On reflection, it can't be that easy. The regulator must be connected to the output post, (polarity reversed). Which means it will require, at least, some internal wiriing changes. You might consider buying a new one.
