Default Mice got into rumble seat back cushion

I left the rumble back cushion in the car which is parked in my workshop - a pole building with a mouse problem, and they finally discovered it and made a big nest inside. The cover appears undamaged but the padding stinks. This photo was taken after vacuuming out the big fluff ball and other stuff they left inside. The other seat cushions have been kept inside the house to avoid the mouse problem, and I was just too lazy to remove 2 screws and take the back cushion out. The mice were still home when I pulled the seat out of the car. One stayed inside the cushion and I had to bang the cushion on the ground twice to get it out. The other mouse was still inside the rumble lid after starting the car and backing it outside.
Now how do I deal with the stinky cushion ? Should I just get some new padding and disassemble the cushion then re-assemble with new stuffing ?
What is the heavy felt padding called ? Is there a good source for the felt and fluffy padding ?
