Re: Horn going off
First check wire that extends from the steering column under the hood for physical damage.
More than likely the trouble is in the horn button assembly at the steering wheel.
Page 276 of the 49 50 51 f1 shop manual (red book) explains how to remove horn button while on page 278 figure 88 covers the horn button assembly.
