Hey Mel,
No. Didn't notice that they were there. Then when THIS post came, I tried to look at the Video. Tried three times. It would start to play, then would freeze. Then a window would open that said: "This page has become unresponsive."
About cutting the Steering Shaft... Had thought about that, but first wanted to make sure that the Gemmer Y4D-335 is NOT a Stub Shaft Version. If it ISN'T then was going to communicate with Dan Jones, and Kal Uthe at Lares Corp to see what THEY had to say about maybe cutting the Steering Shaft. It would take figuring out a way to RECONNECT it afterwards.
So how are YOU doing?
Am braving the Summer Heat&Humidity by working in the morning till it just gets TOO HOT&HUMID to be out. Everything is moving along. Am hopefully going to be installing the Second Hood Hold Down Pin this morning. Checked yesterday, and it appears that it CAN be mounted on the Starboard Front Frame Rail without being in the way of the Adjusting Mechanism on the Gemmer Y4D-335. We'll see.
With the installation of the Second Hood Hold Down Pin, Lorrie is going to be able to be driven. Am going to spend some time rearranging the work area.
Have to move Karel, the Craftsman Riding Lawn Tractor.
Have to move Lorrie's Front Bumper.
Need to clean up the ENTIRE Work Area.
Then may either move Lorrie South into a constantly shady area, OR may turn her around, so that her Front End in facing North which will put her Front End it in the Shade of its OWN Body.
Again, we'll see.
In any case, sorry that I didn't notice that you had sent a PM. Will have to start noticing that.
Wish I could have seen the Video, but for what ever reason, it goes "un-responsive". Will try it again.
Thanks for sending it.
