Y'know Lee, I've been looking at them and wondering....... But I would think that the sill manufacturer would have made some space for them. Let me look again. Maybe this is what people mean when they say "Tweaking" the wood.

I am honestly not positive where the rivets were exactly, but I think they were to secure the rear cross member to the frame via the 45 degree metal piece. If you placed new welting, then you covered them up. I think I ultimately punched holes around them so that the body would sit down. I will do a little more research if you need it. Good luck
