I pulled the pan, head, and valve cover plate today. It seems I have lucked-out with this motor. It is as clean as a pin. Must have been just rebuilt before it was stored in 1976. The oil was clean - no sludge. I pulled the stater and checked it while I was at it. I'll get it back together over the weekend and hopefully it will run as good as it looks.
The engine # does not match the title. Engine # A2546224 - what year car would this be for?
