Hi guys , 2 quick questions: 1- i bought 2 w w tires mounted on nice black rims at Hershey. too bad they are the wrong color they are power coated black can i paint over the coating? [straw] and do the wheels have to be balanced? mine right now are not balanced. thanks THE HOOCH
