Default Need strange lower distributor cap ID

During the winter, when it is too cold to work in the garage, I enjoy restoring model A parts in the comfort of my warm basement workshop. So I picked up this "lot" of distributor caps for 20 bucks on E-bay to play with. (picture 1) One of them was strange. It had very large brass connectors on the "wings". (pictures 2-3) They look too big for the brass ribbon connectors that serve as plug wires on the model A. I am thinking it might be for a model A tractor using more modern plug wires? Any ideas on what this is?
