I have a suspension part that was incorrectly gloss powder-coated by the supplier that I want to change to semi-gloss paint finish?? I do not want to sand blast or burn off the gloss - was hopeful that the gloss surface could be sanded or prepared so that a semi-gloss black paint finish could be applied and "stick"?
Anyone have this experience with success?
