Waltham speedometer question.
My 1931 Ford has a Waltham speedometer that I would like to have gone over or at least cleaned,especially the numbers. Not white on the indicator backgound but yellow. Is Waltham a good enough one to restore or cleanup or was the other makes better like Stewart Warner to just go with one already rebuilt?Thank You
