B blocks oil #1 & 4 from the galley but the center cam bearing gets its oil from the pump. I have drilled a small hole in the plug I install where the oil originally enters the galley. Have also put a small groove where I fill those slots in the pump. It doesn't matter as long as it gets some oil. A & B cams wear mostly on the center bearing because of the lobes are 180* apart on each side of that bearing, so oil is important there.
