JC Taylor advertises no millage limits and allows occasional pleasure trips (check their website). The Virginia regulations also afford ample driving opportunities within reasonable limits for antique registered vehicles.
JC Taylor Insurance has been a good value (been with them 22+ years) for me. Good to see the hobby has multiple choices for insurance.
