I have a motor with the number stamped on the flat area at the rear where the intake manifold sits on the drivers side( LHD)

The numbers as best as I can tell are;

*R99-52462M*

I’ve looked on the internet , Vanpeltsaled etc, but can’t find a match... anyone know what it is?
