Les Schwab Tires does an excellent job of blasting and powder coating as foxfire42 mentioned. They have a color they call Fruehauf Yellow that matches the paint chips very well. If you happen to be where they have a store that should work for you. Also, I have used TigerDryLac RAL#1001 without any problems. (didn't lose points in judging)
