Patrick, the valve covers were just plain, straight covers. I always thought the Chevy 348/409 valve covers were scalloped. It just made me laugh when the expert said it had a 348 ! This "expert " had his own tv show called junkyard gold! He would go to old junkyards and talk about the old cars he would see in the yards.
