The cast aluminum reproduction ones for the Model A cars are relatively inexpensive and could be modified for use on other applications. They could be welded an polished with some success. Purchase a few sets and do some cut, weld, & polish work to get something that would fit. The Ford ones were made from formed steel tubing then painted. The centers were stainless pieces that crimped on if I remember correctly. Cut some from a big chunk of aluminum & polish that. Stainless could also be done but would be higher in difficulty level.
