Honestly, I haven't had a warm evening since I got my bulbs.
But if you notice my pics, the left garage door is not lit up much at all.
I did run the focus adjustment all the way in (screws backed out), they don't focus into a beam like the originals, but did concentrate the light.
I don't think they are any worse than most modern car headlights, as far as blinding oncoming traffic. The pics don't show the difference between high and low very well. But it's WAY more noticeable than the stock bulbs.
I don't drive at night all that much, but it's nice to take a putt on a hot summer evening... and see where you're going. And be seen !!
The best part in my opinion, is the lower amperage draw.
