Depending on how long the tires have been on and what the final outcome you are looking for, there are several ways. Normally you would used a bead breaker, looks like a big C clamp to get the clincher beads loose from the rim then irons to take the tire off. I have used C clamps in the past to do the job. If the tires/tubes are junk I would just cut them off.

Oh! Good tire irons work best and more then one is needed. The bead used cord not wire so there should be lots of stretch (LOL) and doing it when the tires are warmed up really helps along with the suggestions to do it on the car and google how to do.
