I run a 1932 Ford V8 Engine with original Detroit carburetor and a original distributor which I have updated to 1941 specs, and other original 1932 components in our 3/W, it starts good and performs very well. When the 32 engine was rebuilt, insert bearings were fitted ito the mains by the reconditioner and the 39 camshaft was given a very mild grind.
