Just an observation from the picture but I see a couple items that I'd check out before I ran that gearset. The rear oil baffle seems to be installed backwards....the curled lip should face forward. Also the second gear synchro ring appears worn enough to allow the ring to ride all the way up the taper on second gear. Maybe these are figments of imagination but I thinks I sees something..... Aside from that, the gear teeth that we can see sure look decent.
