Make sure your ground points are clean and tight. Also make sure all the wiring connections are clean and tight. If all of the wiring and grounds are good and you are not happy with the brightness look for Wagner number 6006H headlamp. that is a 6 volt halogen sealed beam. i am running these on my 53 Courier.
