I have owned a 1928 Reo Flying Cloud, and am somewhat familiar with the REOs before and after the 1928 Model year - and from that background I do not believe that the car pictured is a REO.

REO, by the way, stands for Ransom E. Olds, the same fellow who started with a 'Curved Dash' Oldsmobile in about 1903. You may remember the song, "In My Merry Oldsmobile" which was a smash hit in 1903-'04. Well, at least SOME of you remember when that song came out . . . . .
