Not the correct cut out or generator wiring for 36. I am not saying the wiring will not function but 36 has two wires out of the generator not the stud. One black wire to ground at the screw holding the cutout to the gen body and a red wire to cutout that has a small hex head bolt for the wire. Looks as if rebuilder used a later armature stud for the cutout connection these studs are reproduced for the generator rebuilding business. The top of the cutout should have Ford script as well as the letter "A" for vehicles produced in the first half of 36. The letter"B" for the rest of the 36 production.
