Don't low ball someone and pull out a wad of cash! I've never had the problem of having a wad of cash, buying or selling. LOL I try and have my money broke down so if buying a $1 item don't have to break a 10 or 20. Ask the seller if they can break $X amount bill. Most often they can but sometimes they can't. Sellers don't necessarily have a large amount on them ether. Not everyone selling is a Rockefeller!
