It's prolly OK as is but if you're concerned about it you can drain it, fill it wit a solvent like diesel fuel, jack the rear wheels off the ground and run it at idle for a couple of minutes to circulate the solvent, then drain the solvent until it stops dripping and refill it with diff oil. There won't be a substantial load on the diff with the wheels off the ground.
