It looks like the "million dollar" B-8100B commercial radiator cap. Although I think those were stainless covered. If the outside diameter is about 3 1/2 inches, and it fits a radiator neck, then Bingo! I can't tell the actual size from the picture. The drawing for that part is in David's book.
