If you were in the process of rebuilding the engine the procedure would be to check and true up the flywheel and/or crankshaft flange. If not in the process of a rebuild, and there is no clutch chatter, the run out overage is less than a hair so I would not worry about it but be aware of it if eventually planning a total engine rebuild. The school solution would be to pull the flywheel and have it checked and machined if necessary. If it was true I would be reluctant to pull the crank to true the flange unless going the full rebuild route. Definitely a judgement call.
