More involved than you might think at first. In addition to cutting, fitting and welding the well into fender in correct place, you need to find a spare tire mount arm and base that has to be rivited to the frame, and the running board apron has to be drilled in the right place, reworked fender and splash apron will have to be repainted, the new paint will probably not match the paint shade or finish on the other fenders so all of the fenders and aprons will have to be repainted, and to do a proper repaint of all the black pieces they will have to be removed, and to remove the splash aprons the body has to be lifted off the frame, and to remove the front fenders the head light bar has to be removed, and on and on. If I wanted a side mount I would just buy a Model A that had one already installed.
