With the leaf springs you may have to move the axle pads. With coil overs I have found that they are difficult to find the correct spring rates to make the car ride correctly whether it is loaded with passengers or luggage or just has one person behind the wheel. I'm not a big fan of coil overs on the '35 and up cars.
