And..........make sure the tube is seated tightly in the block.
I thought my oil was coming from the cap and blowing back but turned out it was weeping out at the base.
I was able to grab tube and remove it with no effort.

Since the lowest baffle prevented me from using a tubing expander I cleaned it, fluxed it and tinned it. Smeared a little formagasket no 2 on it, aligned the baffles and drove it in with a dead blow and block of wood.

No more leak.
