Check Ford service manual several types of tubes. My L31 tube has baffles inside and keeps oil from coming out. Also make sure cap is not sealing the tube not allowing crankcase to breath. Oil level stick can also allow oil to blow out, the loop/handle needs to be all the way down. Worn piston rings can cause pressure to blow oil out
