The small shaft seal can be bought locally. When it leaks you will usually see rear gear oil in the cylinder. The only thing I found that works on the leathers is MMO. Everything else including neadsfoot oil get gummy and the shift is not crisp. I have 18 Columbia's and tried all types of oils. Make sure you have at least 3/8" ID hoses, fittings and tubing. G.M.
