I am very pleased to announce that Joe Pep, renowned automotive artist and host of Every Car Has a Story, weekly radio program, will be serving as Master of Ceremonies at the 2019 Cigar City Concours d'Elegance, November 9 & 10, 2019 at Tampa Bay Downs.
