I doubt anyone makes KH brake kits. I would ask around on a Mustang forum. I did a conversion years back using a '69 Fairlane donor car with single piston calipers. I helped someone with a similar swap on a '65 Mustang and recall we had to change at least 1 set of ball joints.

Scarebird makes a set of brackets, everything else you would have to source.
