lookin good guys! I wonder if people back then were put off or saw fake wood grained metal as "cheap". I see it like a veneer covered particle board desk instead of one made out of real wood. Sure from a distance it would be hard to tell but get close and one touch you can tell...

now I'm not complaining or anything in just curious why ford did wood graining and what peoples reactions were. Or was the thoughts like today where it looks nice and close to the luxury models of that time and thats what counts.
