The package tray material they sent as seen in the photos is incorrect. It's vinyl. When I bought the car in 1963 it had worn cloth that looked like the headliner covering the package tray. I attached the "bellows" using velcro to make removing the seat easier. Here's some pics.
I remember when they were supplying that stuff. Their reason, however flawed, was they could not get the cardboard with the proper grain.
