In WA we have a mileage statement as part of the sale title transfer. Restored cars with “0” odometers are filled in “in excess of 100,000 miles”, at least the ones I’ve bought. One from a local restorer and one from a State Patrolman who had it done. Look at the classic car sites, many old vehicles, restored or not, show that statement in the add.
