Right. Most private sellers (like myself), don't want to absorb the cost so "friends and family" became the default mode to pay using Paypal. I guess they caught on to this and want a bigger piece of the pie now.
All of this is a moot point if you either link your bank account to your Paypal or you carry a balance from previous sales.
