You can get a range of when they used that frame, but you won’t get an exact year.
You can copy the section out of Bruce McAlleys (spelling) book that covers frames.
You need to find a CHP that’s older than 12yrs. Old.
Calif. likes a frame number but they used to know that these cars went off engine numbers.
They like either a frame number or a body number. When neither is present they will do a “CA” tag assigning it a new number.
