I know from the V8 Forums on Fordbarn and others have sworn that Fort Wayne is the best supplier of clutch and pressure plate parts. I got my pressure plate from them or what I think is them on Ebay and I notice that in their clutch and pressure plate kits an original non spring clutch disc is the one supplied.The spring ones that the Model A vendors sell I believe are all China ones.
