No Slip-Plate available over here.
Will use some othe special grease

which (as well) protects against corrosion.
Will use some Graphite with that.
Than assamble again.
Than some paint (just outside).
Than more grease.
Than "Fettband" which is a warp-arround

This keeps grease inside and it keeps water and
dirt outside ....
As this wont look original, i will use the original
spring-covers from the vendors to hide this.
Sounds like lots of work, but i do not want
do that again (within the next 85 years )
