I, too, got a great result with PC 7. It let's you fill the cracks in stages if they are really deep. Also, once cured, it sands nicely. I took my time....winter project.... and then sprayed the finished product with an epoxy primer and then a finish color coat. This was about three years ago and so far no cracks. The restored wheel makes a big difference in the appearance of the car. Mine was in really bad shape, so almost anything was an improvement. While I had the wheel off, I cleaned up the "banjo" chrome as well.
