Around here, the rat rodders usually buy bodies that are too far gone for most people, graft it onto some other chassis, weld skulls and circular saw blades on it, basically make it as extreme in every way possible. Most don't have the means to buy a decent project. I'm pretty sure no rat rodder would be interested in paying the price any of my unfinished projects would command.
