Re: need help - carb leak
You mentioned a regulator. All are not perfect.
All carbs leak "some" if you use them for yrs and yrs. Or at least a little over time, if you drive them and not polish after ever show. Not that I've seen a clean carb on a old engine.
Not to say you don't have an issue.
