Those Wirey Joe harnesses have not been made for years. If they have been folded up for a long time I suspect when unfolded the insulation will crack. I see them at swap meets periodically and haven't noticed anyone buying them. If you need a wire harness just buy a new one. With wiring I personally would not chance using an old harness that has sat around for years.
