I would get another frame before I would cut weld and align alll the things that are hooked to the frame horns. If I were to do what you are thinking of doing I would try to get original horns off a frame that was damaged in another area. I would advertise on the ford barn for what you are looking for. Also if your frame horns are as bad as you discribe then there is the question of is your frame bent in some other area.
