Looks like it had a fair number of years in service after the rebuild by the condition of the exterior buildup of crud. The valley doesn't look very nice either with the sludge building up. You may have a good core to freshen up,but if it were me I'd take that one all the way down and see what I had. If you're lucky you may have something you can combine with your other engine parts to make a nice one.
