Get on the internet and investigate removing moisture from air going to a paint booth. You will find hints and air line schematics. I had a similar problem. One of the simple things to do is get 50 feet of 1/2 in. min. coiled air line to cool the air coming out of the compressor. Then route the air line to a filter-separator. When spraying, I have a small air bleed at the bottom of the tank and at the bottom of the filter to drain any moisture. Try not to have heavy draws of air while spraying. Take your time.
