I gather you have a title for a 1933 but it doesn't match any numbers on the vehicle? I am sure I will get some naysayers, but if I owned it and was running it (as opposed to selling it) I would stamp the frame with the 33 numbers and use the title. It will look like a 33. with the mismatched frame, more of a hotrod/driver anyway.
